Appointments
To better serve you, we schedule patients on an appointment basis. Simply call 772-283-6881 during regular hours to make your appointment today! Because we have flexible hours, our office receptionist will be able to reserve a time most convenient for you. We make every effort to see our patients on time and you will be notified of any delays in our schedule when a change with your appointment is necessary.
Emergency Care
Because a dental emergency may arise, we reserve time each day for emergency care. Early notification enables us to appoint a time to treat your immediate problem. For after-hours emergencies, please call 772-285-3075 and leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment Policy
Payment of your initial examination is due at the time of treatment. Any additional treatment needed will be estimated in writing prior to any procedures. At that time, Dr. Aviles will discuss our payment policy as well as make financial arrangements. We accept major credit cards and 12-month interest-free payment plan upon approval (CareCredit.com). Our office files most insurances, and we'll gladly verify your benefits.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, please, contact our office to verify participation and acceptance of your plan. If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we are happy to file your insurance claim for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
