Maribel has been the office coordinator since 2015. She earned Expanded Functions, dental assisting, and dental radiology certifications in 1992 and brings a patient-care and communication focus shaped by many dental settings. A South Florida native, she embraces her Cuban heritage and enjoys travel and time with her husband and four children.
Francesca grew up in Virginia, earned her dental hygiene license in 2021, and joined the practice as a full-time hygienist in September 2022. Patients value her gentle, sweet demeanor. She is passionate about preventive care and teaching patients the importance of oral hygiene.
Diana has been Dr. Aviles’ primary chairside assistant since 2008. Originally from Colombia, she earned dental assisting certification in New York and completed Florida’s expanded-functions program. Her warm, caring disposition comforts patients. She enjoys family outings with her husband and two daughters.
Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Cassie has called Florida home since 2009. She joined our team in May 2024 and has four years of experience as a dental assistant. She holds certifications in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting (EFDA) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Cassie's love for dentistry comes from the opportunity to help others and make a difference in their experience. She takes pride in helping patients feel at ease, offering reassurance, and making sure they feel cared for throughout their visit. Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through baking.
